OBJECTIVES  

To provide an efficient and less expensive method of education institutions at higher level in the context of National Development.

DURATION  

This course shall be of 2 academic years.

ELIGIBILITY  

LLB with not less than 55% from any UGC recognized university or Equivalent.

SCHEME OF EXAMINATION

The examination shall be held in two parts-

Previous (At the end of the course of first year)

There shall be Five theory papers of 100 marks each and of 3 hours duration.

 Final (At the end of the course of second year)

Every paper shall be evaluated internally (30 marks each) and theory paper (70 marks each). Dissertation will carry 150 marks & viva voce will be of 50 marks.

 Note:

1- Minimum of 60% attendance in contact classes, submission of at least one assignment per course will be necessary condition to appear in Term End examination.

2- A candidate shall be required to write a dissertation on a topic from the groups offered by him/her in LLM Part-II. The topic will be approved by the Director, A & E (Admission and Evaluation) where the candidate will submit application for the approval for the topic immediately after admission in LLM Part-II. The supervisor shall be approved by the Director A&E.
