OBJECTIVES  

  • Ø      To impart essential know - how of modern library practices with a view to developing basic expertise in modern Library Management.

  • Ø    To inculcate a sense of responsibility and awareness of professional belonging. 

  •       To impart an understanding and an appreciation of the role of libraries in the society, in other words, to impart knowledge about their social purpose and for teachers and students in educational organizations.
