OBJECTIVES: - The Education Programme offered by the university aims to provide required appropriate knowledge, undertaking skills and develop a 'role-perception' to enable the recipients of training to play the role of a teacher effectively and efficiently as an agent of the change in the coming 21st century. The basic objectives of the Programme is to channel of the admission to the in service untrained teachers in the state. The Programme aims to achieve the following specific objectives:
